What do you like best about WPMU DEV?

Aamir took a careful look at a long-standing problem with thumbnails on the site and not only presented a fix, he also provided options to make regenerating thumbnails much faster in the future.

More recently, Luis Cardenas aided me in configuring Captcha using the WPMUDEV plugin, Defender (they have many useful plugins) and walked me through the setup - I was entering the info into the wrong spot.

What do you dislike about WPMU DEV?
