What do you like best about WPFactory?

Highly recommend WP Factory for their plugins and incredible customer service. I use several of their Woocommerce plugins, have done so for many years. Any time we have had any sort of compatibility issue, their tech support has been quick to give a solution. One of the best software providers i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. What do you dislike about WPFactory?

I can honestly its always a good experience dealing with WPFactory. Its great to know that if any issue with their plugin arises, they can be relied on to provide a resolution quickly. Their technician are thoughtful and reply in the most friendly and easy to understand way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WPFactory solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had an issue where their Min Max Quantity plugin conflicted with another Woocommerce plugin. Without hesitation, they provided a fix for the problem. They didn't even investigate whether the problem was with their plugin or the other plugin, they just looked into it and sorted the issue out in a matter of days.

We encountered a problem some months later with another new plugin we added to the site. Once again, they gave us a swift resolution to make the new plugin work with theirs.

I have no hesitation adding WPFactory plugins to my clients site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
