The Customer Support was amazing. **What do you dislike about WPBakery?** Some features are a little counter-intuitive, like equal column height in rows, but its easy to figure out. **What problems is WPBakery solving and how is that benefiting you?** WPBakery was the solution to a difficult situtation. Our agency inherited management of a website that had been built with ACF. The original developer held the license and had all fields locked so the client could not edit their website. We installed WPBakery and it integrated beautifully with ACF, allowing us to redesign the homepage with ease. In the end, there was an alignment issue with the mobile responsive design due to the locked website settings, but we contacted WPBakery Support for help and they were very responsive. They looked at the site and provided a custom CSS solution. It worked perfectly. We could not be happier and will be using WPBakery from now on for all our website CMS needs. ### 2. Even though editing with the backend is easy, padding, spacing and all those small details become quite diffuclt to deal with. **What problems is WPBakery solving and how is that benefiting you?** WPBakery was used as a no-code tool to create live websites on Wordpress, making site development easy. Even though it had quite a learning curve involved, but still it is very manageable for no-coders and delivers a fast robust website ### 10.
