What do you like best about WP Engine?

WP Engine has a great team of IT specialists. When the PHP2Shell vulnerability was announced there was already a banner up on their site indicating that they were aware of it and it was patched within 3 hours with no disruption to our hosting. In addition to my full-time job, I have a couple of freelance clients whom I was able to tell that they didn't have to worry. They're worth the premium because they're on top of it. What do you dislike about WP Engine?

Like everyone they're scrambling to figure out AI and upgrade their offerings. Some of this is interesting and helpful, but a lot of it also feels like lots of additional add-ons and upsells.
