WP Engine makes it really easy to manage all my client sites from one spot. The support team is definitely a highlight; they are quick to answer, thorough, and often resolve issues for me, which is a relief because it takes some technical load off my hands. It's great that I don't have to dig through documentation or chat forums. I also like the site's ease of use and navigation, simplifying the whole management process. Plus, I find their pricing to be affordable and realistic, which is important for me. The delete option for environments could be improved. When I open a main environment and then switch to staging, selecting delete there actually deletes the entire site instead of just the staging environment. This created anxiety for me after I once deleted a fully developed e-commerce site. Although the team was able to quickly recover the site I accidentally deleted, the design could be clearer to prevent such issues when deleting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
