The customer support is outstanding; they are knowledgeable, friendly, and provide quick, professional service. At times, things can be hidden in the WP Engine dashboard or moved, which can make it hard to find them. For example, when the environment promotion system moved to its own little submenu, it wasn't intuitive at the time and took us a while to find it.
