WP Engine's support is genuinely outstanding. Within minutes of opening a chat you're connected with a highly technical person who can actually solve your problem, not just read from a script. It's rare to encounter someone who can't resolve your issue on the spot, and they always share links and tools so you can handle similar things yourself next time.

The backend is clean, intuitive, and free from unnecessary clutter. One-click staging and dev environments are a huge time-saver, and rolling backups of around 40 days are critical for running a professional operation. Performance is noticeably better than my previous host, and pricing becomes very competitive once you're managing dozens of sites. Add-ons can be pricey for smaller clients but make a lot of sense at the enterprise level.

The main downside is that add-ons can be quite expensive, which makes it difficult to justify the cost for smaller clients. This isn't a dealbreaker for larger or enterprise-level operations where the value is clear, but for agencies managing smaller client sites it can add up quickly.
