What do you like best about WorldShare Management Services?

WorldShare Management Services (WMS) is a cloud-based software which can be customized according to an organization's needs. I came to know about WMS at my school library since I work at the circulation desk. We mostly use WMS to check books in and out. It's a neat little software that is very helpful in keeping track of records and data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorldShare Management Services?

The UI is need to be change bit more.The white space takes over most of the page and it feels as if the user is not given much to interact with. It may be too set in its ways which can work against the software at times. Need to apply better UI for better user exprience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WorldShare Management Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used these services at University library and was became a premier member for use this, primarily in terms of organizing information about books and finding them for patrons. It’s difficult to say how this program is better than others given that it’s the only one I’ve used, but it did help me to stay organized and to quickly pass on information to other workers (for instance, if I pulled a book from the shelves for repairs, I could mark that in the system).
