What do you like best about Worldpay?

Worldpay’s Payrix platform is a great tool for SaaS providers looking to start offering embedded payments. The API layer, along with the available platform options, supports the entire product lifecycle and makes it easier to get to market quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Worldpay?

I’m somewhat concerned that Global Payment’s purchase of Worldpay could change our partnership with them. In particular, Worldpay’s technical staff have been quick to respond whenever we’ve had detailed product or technical questions, and I hope that level of responsiveness continues. What problems is Worldpay solving and how is that benefiting you?

We started as an IP referral partner with Worldpay. In 2023, I initiated our own embedded payments offering under a Payfac-as-a-Service model with Worldpay (Payrix) to improve our customer profitability. Payrix—both the platform and the people behind it—has been instrumental in making that happen. We’re not able to significantly raise our core SaaS pricing, so Worldpay/Payrix is helping us increase per-customer profitability through embedded payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
