I like how user-friendly Workzoom is, allowing me to see information about my team at a glance. As an administrator, it's easy to navigate and input information, and I really enjoy working with the Workzoom team because they're so adaptive and flexible, always listening to feedback and finding solutions to meet my needs. I love that they are an all-in-one resource, unlike some HRIS platforms which provide only basic support. It's impressive that they're making efforts to ensure their entire platform, including payroll, is functional in the Caribbean. This inclusive and future-focused approach is great because it means I don't have to switch between different applications for HR and payroll, which helps me make more informed decisions in one place.
