Workzone is easy to use at a basic level, so my team and I were able to get started quickly with little to no training. At the same time, it offers plenty of customizations and advanced features, which makes it feel robust. There’s a lot you can tailor, and I’ve been able to find workarounds that bring Workzone more in line with our internal processes and performance needs.
It also connects and integrates with many other apps and services, and it has a user-friendly AI component as well. I appreciate the ongoing support that’s available, along with the option to be onboarded or trained as new features roll out.
Overall, it’s helped improve our team’s performance and made it easier to dig in and see where our processes can be streamlined. In the end, you get a lot of bang for your buck with WorkZone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally, I can’t find a workaround or get the system to behave the way I want, but that’s very rare. Most of the time, there’s a workaround available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
