The custom list of tactics was helpful and easy to set up. I liked the approval options, simple to use and easy for both those submitting work for approval and those approving the work. It can be difficult to find projects if you have limited details about them, but not their "Workzone Project Number." It can require some searching and looking within the project itself to find the file you're looking for.
