Workz has brought all our project and feature tracking into a single, unified view, making it much easier to see progress across different workstreams without switching between multiple tools. The interface is clean and straightforward, keeping the "all work on one screen" promise without feeling cluttered even as the number of tracked items grows. It integrates reasonably well into our existing workflow, letting us consolidate tracking that used to be scattered across different tools. Performance has been reliable, with updates reflecting quickly across the platform without noticeable lag. Pricing has offered solid value given how much time it's saved on status reporting and coordination, and onboarding the team took minimal effort since the interface is intuitive enough to pick up quickly. It doesn't lean heavily on AI features, but the accountability structure it enforces has made tracking ownership and progress far more transparent than our previous scattered approach. Some of the more advanced project views or customization options feel limited compared to more established project management tools, which occasionally requires workarounds for specific reporting needs. Integrations with certain external tools we already use aren't as deep as we'd like, sometimes requiring manual updates to keep information in sync. Support response times for configuration questions were slower than expected during initial setup, and pricing for more advanced tiers can add up as the team and number of tracked projects grows.
