What do you like best about Workwize?

What I like most about Workwize is that it takes something that could easily become a headache and makes it feel simple. Everything is in one place, easy to understand, and I don’t have to waste time figuring out what to do next. It just works, and honestly, that’s probably the best compliment I can give it. What do you dislike about Workwize?

Sometimes it feels like there are a few extra steps for simple things, and it can take a little time to find exactly what you’re looking for. Nothing major, but making some parts quicker and more direct would definitely improve the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Workwize solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, Workwize helps close the gap between requesting something and actually getting it sorted. I often use ServiceNow when I need equipment or have an IT-related request, and having Workwize as part of that process makes things much easier to follow. Instead of chasing different people or wondering what happens after the request, the process feels more connected and organised.
