What do you like best about Workwize?

I like how thorough it is, allowing for asset intake, assigning to employees, transferring items, integration with Bamboo HR, expansive product list, and a very well-organized UI, making everything easy to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workwize?

Inconsistency & Pricing. We can have a seamless, wonderful experience with one order, then receive the wrong item on the next 4, then rectifying the issue will be treated drastically different across all 4. The service pricing is fair, but the asset pricing can be astronomical, making some current laptops cost more than my first car. The biggest issue lately has been retrieval. It's an amazing service that needs tidied up. I've had several pickups not send the packing materials prior to the pickup date, and several situations where no one ever showed up to the pickup several times in a row, that the user determined that it was easier to drive the equipment to one of our nearest offices. What problems is Workwize solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our major focuses are on asset acquisition, warehousing assets, and asset transportation. The operations work that WorkWize does keeps our business afloat, and most complaints that we've has been well-received and addressed. We see the service actively and rapidly improving. One of the biggest issues has been delivery, with some delivery services certainly working better than others, and have been grateful to WorkWize for being willing to handle many of those conversations with us.
