I find WorkTime's customization options for the dashboard and features particularly valuable because they allow each experience to be truly tailored to our organization. Since we deal with sensitive information, the HIPAA mode is a no-brainer, providing necessary compliance and security. I also appreciate that we're able to customize the sensitivity settings like 'idle' status, which helps ensure accurate metrics. There's not a lot of education and dedication to the features and how to use or tailor the experience. It's kind of like being thrown to the wolves. While the support is very responsive if you have questions, it would be helpful to have more demos or a better page showcasing features and their functions.
