What do you dislike about WorkTango?

There is nothing to dislike about WorkTango, but it would be great if some rewards could be obtained with a lower point level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WorkTango solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a remote worker, I think there sometimes is a lack of engagement and the ability to recognize your co-workers and management. Also, it can be difficult to feel appreciated for the work that you do as we are not interacting daily and most of the time when we do choose to engage, we make it matter of fact.
