I love that the rewards are customizable and that, as an employer, you can give them as an actual benefit for working here. The positivity is such a team boost! Our team often gives shout-outs, recognition to teammates, across departments, and across the company. It is so easy to use and easy to set up, and implement. Customer service is incredible and really answer your questions. Our team uses it at least once a day and we have loved how it integrates so easily with Slack! I wish that the catalog would automatically buy the rewards for companies! Obviously, this is so hard to do since each company sets the value, but maybe for some of the bigger box stores (Amazon, McDonald's, etc), it would help speed up the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
