I can't think of anything. It seems to work fine for me.

Seeing all the recongizations going on in the company. Earning weekly incentives is a fun way to stay active during a long work day! It's a great way to see who's celebrating their birthday or work anniversary! Customer service is quick and very helpful. The website is super easy to navigate and find the items you are looking for.

**What do you dislike about WorkTango?**

Sometimes the website goes down, but other than that, there is no real complaints with WorkTango!

**What problems is WorkTango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not have any complaints with WorkTango! I think the desing of the website is pleasing to the eye and it's very user friendly!

I appreciate how simple it is to award points to colleagues who have excelled in their roles or assisted me with tasks. As the captain of our group's Engagement Committee, I also utilize WorkTango points for various prizes and incentives. It has been an excellent tool, and I hope we can continue using it indefinitely.

I don't have a ton of feedback. I wish we could give more points within high-5's!

Well, the UI now looks amazing with it's clear vision and accurate information required. Tabs implimentation looks neat and tidy. Support team is quick than never before. The site is so integrated, that takes much of my time in using the site.
I use the site often.

Nowadays it's stealing my time to be spent on worktango, lol.

I love how I am able to decide on what items I won't to spend my rewards on and how they do not expire. The rewards have most definetly came in handy when needed to for virtual visas or a nice gift to give.

I would say the downside is having to save rewards up for for a realy great item that's actually worth something like a designer bag or household item like an amazing expresso maker etc

WorkTango has made it so easy to recognize my fellow employees for all the great things they do everyday. Without any confusing codes or multiple pages, this program was easily implemented in our companies internal website and integrated in to our daily lives in a snap. I use this all the time to give out the love people deserve.

I have not really encountered issue with the program up to this point.

It's very easy to use. It gives an easy opportunity to recognize others and receive recognition. The rewards marketplace has something for everyone, so it provides a real incentive to excel and get results in the workplace.

The only frustration I've had is surrounding the incentives that you can earn - I wish there was more transparency about the rules for frequency of earning incentives.

**What problems is WorkTango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkTango helps motivate me to not only perform and get results, but it also inspires me to motivate others. There's nothing like the prospect of a tangible prize. It also provides a public (to the company) forum that showcases good work and is a great way to recognize and congratulate others within the organization.

I absolutely love Work Tango and the ability it gives to fellow employees to recognize, congradulate, comment or just like and rewared other employees with points for their accomplishments and achievements.  It is a morale booster and a great way to improve culture.  It is essentially a social media platform for work tied with points to reward emp-loyees with gifts, prizes, etc.

There is nothing that I really dislike about Work Tango.  It does everything we need it to do and more.

**What problems is WorkTango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is giving us the opportunity to reward and recognize employees with points and post for their achievements and other day to day activities.  This helps with employees feeling valued and appreciated and improves morale and culture.

It's hard to navigate when you first sign up for Work Tango but once you get in and play around in there some and get lots of help it's fun also i wish we could get point every month i didn't know it was every 3 months at first i gave all my points away and had to wait 3 months to get more

It help me talk more with my coworkers i think more about my heath

I enjoy reading reviews, using points and connecting with my peers! It is easy to use and navigate. I have earner SO many points and I was able to purchase mutliple things for my household. I use it at least weekly to shout-out peers or to check points.

Nothing honestly. I love the points system it is fair.

It solves the need for using slack shout-out channels, and allows the platform to house all of the recognition for our teams.

I like that you're able to show appreciation for your coworkers on a simple, easy to use platform. Whether it's for a small task they helped with, birthday/anniversary celebrations, or congratulating someone on a big win for the department or company. Our team uses it all the time to show our appreciation for others. I also like that the company is able to customize it to show our values.

**What do you dislike about WorkTango?**

Not much I dislike about it, sometimes the website takes me back to the home page when I go to click on my rewards, but that's all.

In a hybrid work environment, it's become more difficult to engage with other employees. Having WorkTango helps bridge that gap.

Being able to use the incentives and rewards is a quick and easy process. Be able to use local customer support for help is nice instead of going outside of your own company. There are also multiple options that allow people to gain kazoo points. This causes more frequency of use and communication between workers. Kazoo is definately recommended

**What do you dislike about WorkTango?**

So far i can't think of anything that i do not like about Kazoo. There are so many options for rewards and many ways to get points...it's great.

Consistent change and ways to make work tango better. Moderating the system and easy of use is so important to all users. Thank you for always working on these things.

**What do you like best about WorkTango?**

This is a fantastic tool that promotes workplace positivity by giving everyday employees the ability to reward colleagues when they do something good. It's great for workplace moral and it's fun to be able to take your points to treat yourself to something.

**What do you dislike about WorkTango?**

Redeeming awards could be more intuitive. It always takes me a while to figure out where the generic giftcards are (e.g debit cards that can be used for anything- it's under "prepaid digital choice", which is non-intuitive). Also, I know the points are essentially free money, but a lot of the items in the catalog seem expensive because they are always listed at full price (and the equivalent amount of points), and retail is almost never actually at full price. You get more bang for your buck if you get gift cards and use those to buy what you want, but that can be finicky, especially if the gift card doesn't cover the total cost of the item.

**What problems is WorkTango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with employee engagement and morale. The ability to give and receive recognition to colleagues is a fantastic perk.
