"Straightforward Admin Interface with Robust Controls"

4.5/5

What do you like best about WorkTango?

The interface is straightforward and not overcomplicated. All menu items are available on the left column with enough functionality to modify user accounts, roles, rewards programs and surveys within the admin role level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkTango?

The multi-step process of check-ins or reviews is a little clunky with waiting for an email to approve the final discussion/review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WorkTango solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company doesn't do one annual performance review. We do quarterly check ins with your direct manager and WorTango has a really nice tool that facilitates check-ins with a manager as frequently as your company wants. This leaves a nice trail of comments and conversations about performance. the goals section is very well built allowing for tracking of progress and frequent updates to progress towards goals.
