I like the fact that I can recognize multiple people at one time using WorkTango. I can add images with notes like 'awesome work' and 'great support,' which I find motivating. It's a cohesive tool that makes it easy for me to acknowledge people and teams that help me do my job. WorkTango is an important part of my work, especially while working remotely, as it helps me bond and build relationships with coworkers. It's easy to use, and the initial setup was extremely easy. I would love to be able to see the history of my recognition because the version we have just shows the latest one within the company. I want to be able to specifically see if I have recognized someone before, so I can change my message to reinforce recognition and help leadership understand a person's value to the organization.
