Workstream AI hasn’t really been that helpful for me so far. It mostly feels like a wiki-style search for “helpful documents,” rather than something that can actively assist. I’m hoping it evolves into more of an agent that can actually make changes and solve tasks, instead of functioning like a Google search for tech docs. My second pain point was trying to set up one-time deductions in an employee payroll cycle. The process isn’t intuitive, and it didn’t work when I needed to set up a single deduction for uniforms for one employee for one payroll. I ended up abandoning the process.
