I love that it is streamlined and we can reach candidates easily (no more using email or work phones to communicate.) The digital onboarding process is a dream, so much better than paper files & so easy to use. There are a few features that I have requested to be updated to be more user friendly and more relevant in our business. Still waiting on those improvements. For example, I can't hire someone that has an application that was archived (automatically by the system), they have to reapply completely and start the process again.
