I like that WorkSpark gives me a place to capture my work achievements throughout our six-month review cycle. It’s very simple to use, and the UI is easy to navigate. The AI “Quality” reviewer is good at raising areas for improvement in how I document accomplishments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
