I really appreciate how seamless Worksome is to operate. The interface is user-friendly, and I hardly ever have issues using it. One standout feature for me is the two-factor authentication, which provides added security and prevents unintended access. It makes me feel safer knowing that no one can log into my account without my input code. Also, the payment processing and invoicing capabilities work perfectly and have made managing content orders much easier. I think the main area where Worksome could improve is in its marketplace. It's not as extensive as competitors like Upwork or Fiverr. I do believe it's a work in progress, and for now, at least what Worksome offers is a good step in the right direction. But to enhance, they could work on putting themselves out there more, perhaps on platforms like LinkedIn, to create more awareness and draw in more freelancers and clients.
