I like Worksome because it's easy to log in and create an account. It helps me see jobs available to me and allows for easy communication with key stakeholders at the company I'm working for. Worksome is valuable for submitting invoices for payment and tracking their status. I find it useful to search for contract roles of interest and to track the progress of those jobs. I think Worksome's alerts could be improved slightly. I received alerts, but they weren't as good as they could be. Also, some of the responses from Worksome support could have been quicker. There should be a better ability to choose the frequency of alerts and how to receive them, like via email or text message. It would be helpful to get an update on the status of a support request by logging into Worksome, especially if a specific support representative hasn't responded.
