What do you like best about Worksmile?

Worksmile is a great platform that genuinely supports building a positive atmosphere at work and motivates employees to be active. I really like the wide range of benefits – from sports cards, through cinema tickets, to the possibility of supporting charity actions. Thanks to this, everyone can find something for themselves, and the company can be sure that employees are using benefits that truly meet their needs.

A big plus is also the intuitive and clear application – it's easy to navigate, and the whole process of using benefits is quick and convenient. It's clear that Worksmile focuses on modern solutions that address the challenges of today's job market.

What do you dislike about Worksmile?

The only minor drawback I noticed is that with such a wide selection of benefits, it can sometimes be difficult to quickly decide what to take advantage of – it takes a moment to go through all the available options.
