What do you like best about Worksmile?

I really like that Worksmile is constantly evolving and adding new features. Particularly commendable is the expansion of the benefits cafeteria, greater freedom in choosing benefits, and the ability to manage them from one place. What do you dislike about Worksmile?

I haven't noticed anything to improve in Worksmile for 2 years, I enjoy using the platform and it lacks nothing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Worksmile solving and how is that benefiting you?

Distributed benefits in many places

Instead of managing sports cards, vouchers, or bonuses in several different systems – I have everything in one, cohesive platform.

Thanks to the news and events module, I don't miss important information.

Low employee engagement

Gamification and health challenges encourage activity and team integration – especially in distributed teams.

Problems with reporting and budgeting
