What do you like best about Worksmile?

I really like that Worksmile is constantly evolving and adding new features. Particularly commendable is the expansion of the benefits cafeteria, greater freedom in choosing benefits, and the ability to manage them from one place. Instead of managing sports cards, vouchers, or bonuses in several different systems – I have everything in one, cohesive platform.

Thanks to the news and events module, I don't miss important information.

Gamification and health challenges encourage activity and team integration – especially in distributed teams.

Problems with reporting and budgeting
