"Powerful Candidate Simulations That Reveal How People Think"

5/5

What do you like best about WorkProbe?

It creates simulations that can assess how a candidate thinks and can even evaluate skills the candidate might have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkProbe?

It can take a little while to load at times, but that seems typical for large language models. I’ve had a few other suggestions or minor issues come up as well, and the development team has been able to address and fix them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WorkProbe solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are in recruiting. It can be challenging to make sure the candidates have the right skill sets. We often have them do trial projects, but what this does is allow us to evaluate hundreds of candidates before putting them (and our team) through hundreds of hours of work. It also does it in a fun way and we have heard the candidates enjoy the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
