I really liked how quickly we were able to add enterprise-level SSO for our customers. The platform felt smooth, and we never ran into any slowness. The documentation was very clear, and the support team was genuinely helpful whenever we needed it. Pricing per SSO can be tricky and ends up feeling costly compared with other alternatives. On top of that, integrating it with our existing tools required more custom code than we expected. They also have AI-based bot detection, which sometimes flagged genuine users as suspicious, so we occasionally had to adjust the rules to reduce false positives.
