## Workona Reviews
  ### 1. Workona is a Fantastic Productivity Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Workona?**

I started with the free version of Workona just to test it out, but within a few days, I upgraded to the paid plan—and it’s absolutely worth it. At just £7/$9 a month, it’s a bargain for the control it gives you over tabs and memory usage in Chrome.
Workona lets me organise my workflows into distinct areas, so I can keep projects separate and avoid the clutter of endless tabs. It’s streamlined my browser experience and boosted my productivity.

**What do you dislike about Workona?**

There's nothing I dislike about Workona. I have got over the short learning curve and I know customer support will be on hand. I have got the base tier, but the next tier up, or so give instant support, rather than waiting a couple of days.

**What problems is Workona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a business owner, Workona has become an essential part of how I manage my day-to-day operations in Chrome. It allows me to create dedicated workspaces for key areas like online accounting, Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, social media content creation, and more.
Switching between these areas is seamless, and what’s even better is how Workona helps control Chrome’s memory usage—no more browser slowdown from having too many tabs open at once. It brings structure and efficiency to my workflow, all within the browser I use every day.

  ### 2. Great for managing tabs, much more flexible than others

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen W. | Information Security Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Workona?**

Workspaces that I can open when needed, but close them to conserve resources when I don't.
Templates so I can open a clean set of required tabs for a new task.
Being able to return to set of tabs from a previous task.
It is pretty easy to use, I like that the Workona tab is auto pinned.

**What do you dislike about Workona?**

Very high price of premium, $8 per month. I pay less, $5, for 1TB of cloud storage. $8 is what I could pay for 2TB of cloud storage.
The only feature I need from premium is the additional workspaces. Five is very limiting. But, $8 per month is too much for a that.
Wish that my pinned tabs could be automatically pinned next time I open the browser.

**What problems is Workona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't use Workona for Unified Workspaces, but that's the only item in the drop down. I use it for a tab/session/template manager.
It's helping me manage my tabs. When I start a new task, I can open a template that has certain needed tabs already. When I join a meeting, I can open a new window with just the needed tabs, and then close it when I'm done, so I don't have to worry about closing a bunch of tabs for what I'm currently working on.

  ### 3. The perfect tool for the job

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikki P. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Workona?**

Workona provides exactly the answer I was looking for to the perennial problem of browser tab management. I will confess that I am a tab addict; at my last job, I had over 1000 Chrome tabs open at one time. It was...less than helpful.

Within minutes of starting to use Workona, I had organized my ~100 open tabs into neat categories, and started working with them quickly and comfortably. Workona does what I always wanted bookmarks to do, and they never did; it lets me organize my open tabs just like I organize my static bookmarks. And, in fact, Workona provides bookmark organization right alongside its tab management.

I use Workona all the time, and am happily paying for a Pro subscription. This is just a great tool!

**What do you dislike about Workona?**

There's a bit of a learning curve. The Workona model of tab management is clear and very usable once you understand it, but it took me a few minutes and some head-scratching to wrap my brain around how they thought about tab organization, window management, etc. But it was pretty straightforward to acquire.

Basically, when you start using Workona, plan to spend ten or fifteen minutes just sort of poking at it until it starts to make sense. Trust me -- it's *so* worth it!

**What problems is Workona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's gotten me down from hundreds of tabs across tens of windows, with absolutely no organization or sense of control -- to a handful of categories, with between 1 and ~10 open tabs per category, and bookmarks for tabs in that category that I don't need open at the moment. Chrome runs much more snappily, and I feel much more in control of my workspace.

  ### 4. Workona helps manage multiple tabs across multiple windows easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ravikant B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Workona?**

1. allows me to group tabs in spaces (for e.g. one group for finance and one for machine learning), so it's easy for me to switch between what I want to read without getting lost
2. data is persisted, which is crucial for me as I have hundreds of tabs across spaces and I read them over months. going back to them is also easy this way.
3. syncing across devices
4. good UX makes it easy to use

**What do you dislike about Workona?**

Free tier only allows 5 spaces but even that is good, so no complaints :)

**What problems is Workona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me be more organized and that in turn makes me more efficient in what I do. Professionally I am a Data Scientist and as a person I have other multiple interests (like financial learning, researching travel plans that never gets executed, reading sci-fi and fantasy genre etc.), so it is inevitable that I have hundreds of tabs open at all times. In fact I open more tabs than I read in a day. So, without logical grouping of them it becomes very chaotic and it used to stress me out. Now, thanks to Workona, its very organized.

  ### 5. I really appreciate organizing my tabs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego V. | Data Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Workona?**

* Workona Spaces / Browsers' tab groups / Naming with Emojis.
Such a delightful combination for organizing tabs.

Particularly with Brave Browser, the tab groups are saved as well. So re-opening the Workona Space, leaves everything as you one had left it.

**What do you dislike about Workona?**

I am not very attracted to the deeper project management tools: Tasks, Sharing Spaces, or Docs.

I was also disappointed with G-Chrome not saving my tab groups within a Space.
This after using it with Brave Browser, which indeed saves and restores all of it.
As of other browsers, I haven't really tried them there.

**What problems is Workona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstly, Multiple tabs, and tabs organization.
Secondly, I find benefit in RAM optimization when using multiple tabls.

  ### 6. Experience with Workona as new user

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** FERNANDO G. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Workona?**

Workona helped me manage several user profiles in a simultaneous way in a very efficient way, I loose no more the TABS I am working in on different projects and help me manage resources like bookmarks.
Workona is very user friendly, has a logical design.
It took me a couple hours to implement it on 2 user profiles with several projects, understand how to use it and map my TABs to the correct spaces, once done that, it works great and makes my work easier.

**What do you dislike about Workona?**

It is slow to load on low performance harsware like laptops using Celeron (but everything is slow on Celeron), while loading without workona is somehow faster.
Sometimes I have to reload the page to show the open tabs

**What problems is Workona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manage several worspaces in a unified screen, managing several active and inactive TABS I neet to keep track of.

  ### 7. This is exactly the tool I've been searching for!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kat G. | Producer/ Writer, Consumer Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2023

**What do you like best about Workona?**

I use tabs a lot. As in a LOT a lot. Workspaces allow me to organise them into projects, and the best for me is that all tabs open with one click, and close with one click and you can move to another workspace. Pinned tabs stay put. It sleeps tabs so my tab "problem" doesn't overwhelm my computer!

**What do you dislike about Workona?**

I have a few things that I'd love added, but they aren't "dislikes" just "wishes".

**What problems is Workona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a solopreneur and I have a ton of projects on the go, all at different stages. The idea that I can do one click and everything opens, and click something else and all of the first tabs close and the next open is freaking gold.

  ### 8. Great tool for the multitaskers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pam C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Workona?**

I love that I can switch from workplace to workplace depending on the topic. This saves me a lot of back and forth between endless tabs and windows. Now I can simply switch from specific groups of tabs and move into a different task. Workona has saved me so much time!

**What do you dislike about Workona?**

The set up was a bit tedious, I kind of just wanted it to magically organize my thousands of tabs into workspaces, but then I realized I had a lot of tabs open that I'll never use or I have used them already, so it was a good exercise to clean up and purge tabs.

**What problems is Workona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Separating different tabs based on different tasks and projects I'm working on. It's allowed me to get more organized and clear about what I do. Also, not having so much clutter on my desktop allows me to be more focused and work on one thing at a time.

  ### 9. Great Way to Organize Tabs for Multiple Profiles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heherson Paris B. E. | Client Success Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Workona?**

I have a full-time job while continuing my post-graduate degree and Workona has helped me organize my tabs efficiently and effectively. The interface is simple and easy to use. You can switch profiles depending on the type of work or kind of webpages you would need to access later.

**What do you dislike about Workona?**

None so far. My browser loading time has not changed, even if I have Workona in the background.

**What problems is Workona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workona has helped me reduce time spent retrieving the tabs that I have to get back to or where I left off.

  ### 10. Workona works wonders where other tools waste flow.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Workona?**

I like that things are where I need them to be when I need them to be there in a UI UX flow that is intuitive, powerful, and integratable with most formats. I love how every time I use it I discover yet another way in which it fills the gap that other search engine tools leave users wondering where they left off.

**What do you dislike about Workona?**

I feel as though there are competing tools and services that offer similar features for more of a bargin, but lack the same intuition.

**What problems is Workona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Work flow easy and interoperability.
