What do you like best about Worknice?

Worknice gives us one place to manage employee records, onboarding and compliance paperwork. It is easy for our team to use, and new employees can complete forms, sign documents and provide certificates without HR having to manage everything through emails and spreadsheets.

The reminders for outstanding and expiring paperwork are particularly useful. They help us stay on top of compliance without constantly following people up manually. The Worknice team is also very responsive and genuinely listens to feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Worknice?

Some of the newer features are still evolving, however the platform is regularly improving, and the team has been receptive whenever we have suggested an enhancement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Worknice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Worknice, employee information and paperwork were spread across emails, folders and spreadsheets. It was difficult to see what was missing, what had expired and what required action.

Worknice has brought everything together and automated much of the follow-up. Onboarding is faster, employee information is more accurate, and we have much better visibility over compliance.
