I like how easy to use this tool is, and how great explained everything was so I didn't need any kind of technical support from their side. I liked almost everything about this tool; the only thing that should be better explained is some explanations about specific documents that need to be provided (Tax certificate) for those who are doing this first time, it was a bit unclear which documents should be provided, but overall, the tool is great.
