What do you like best about WorkMotion?

I work as a permanent employee for a company that runs its India payroll through WorkMotion, and I’ve had a really good experience so far.

What I like most is how easy it is to get help. Opening a ticket is straightforward, with no long forms or confusing steps. The team replies quickly, and more importantly, they fix things fast. Most of my queries were sorted without any back-and-forth.

The dashboard is another big plus. It’s clean, simple to navigate, and gives me quick access to my payslips, documents, and requests in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WorkMotion?

The tax benefits offered by WorkMotion can be better, also there should be complementary health insurance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WorkMotion solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company is based outside India, and WorkMotion makes it possible for them to employ me here as a full-time, permanent employee without setting up a local entity. They handle the things that would otherwise be complicated: monthly payroll, tax deductions, PF and other statutory compliance, and the employment paperwork.

For me, that means I get paid correctly and on time every month, and I don’t have to worry about whether my taxes or contributions are being handled properly. When I do have a question, I can raise a ticket in a couple of minutes and usually get a quick response and a fast fix. The dashboard keeps everything in one place, so finding a payslip or document takes seconds.

Overall, it lets me work for an international company with the same security and peace of mind as a local job, and I can focus on my work instead of admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
