What do you like best about WorkMotion?

What I like most about WorkMotion is how seamless and user-friendly the platform makes the onboarding and employment process. The communication is clear, the process is well organised, and everything is easily accessible in one place. What do you dislike about WorkMotion?

One area that could be improved is having even more clarity and guidance around certain onboarding steps and processes. While the overall experience has been smooth, having additional information upfront about timelines, requirements and what to expect at each stage could make the experience even more seamless. What problems is WorkMotion solving and how is that benefiting you?

WorkMotion is solving the complexity of working for an international company by making the employment, onboarding, payroll, benefits and compliance processes much easier to manage. For me, this means I can work for a global company from South Africa without having to worry about the administrative and legal complexities that come with international employment.
