What I liked most about WorkMotion was the simplicity of the entire onboarding process. The platform is very intuitive and makes it very clear what steps to follow, what information is required, and what documents need to be submitted.

I’d also like to give a big shout-out to the onboarding team. Whenever I had questions, they were extremely helpful, quick to respond, and clear in their explanations, which made the whole process very smooth.

So far, I haven’t found any particular drawbacks to WorkMotion. If I had to point out something that could be improved, I’d say that some of the onboarding documents and requirements could include a little more context directly on the platform, especially when there are country-specific tax or administrative requirements.

In my case, I had to follow up with the onboarding team to clarify some questions related to documentation and taxation in Portugal. Fortunately, the support was excellent and always responded quickly and clearly, so this never became a real problem.

The platform’s UI/UX and performance were very good, and the integrations used during the process worked seamlessly. As a user, I don’t have enough information to evaluate the price/ROI, nor have I used the AI features enough yet to provide relevant feedback in those areas.

One possible improvement, therefore, would be to incorporate more country-specific guidance directly into the onboarding flow, further reducing the need to contact support for specific questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
