We have used workflows in Workmap as of now. And found it very useful and intuitive for our business. We are into software production and have multiple levels of tasks in a day. Each process has a TAT. Hence The workflow function enabled us to create tasks and timelines, and we get exact updates as to where the particular job is. It has increased better visibility and improved our productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
