I have very little technical knowledge so its easy to use and implement, affordable and easy to integrate with other applications. **What do you dislike about WorkMap.ai?** The functionality is little limited honestly and might not work when my app becomes more complex. The customer support is also very limited. **What problems is WorkMap.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a few consumer and trade applications within our organization and I primarily use it to create apps in my organization. We were searching for tools with machine learning capabilities that could automate several of our processes, whether for data modeling, management or automating the tasks, predictions etc. and help process the data much better. WorkMap.ai met most of our requirements. Also, it has a lot of predefined workflow templates, which helped a lot in getting quickly started with our tasks. **What do you dislike about WorkMap.ai?** The software feels a bit underdeveloped compared to its competitors, though it has much potential. It can incorporate other features like handling multiple data types, like stream and batch data. Also, the website seemed slow at times, affecting our workflows, and hence some tasks took longer to complete. **What problems is WorkMap.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** WorkMap.ai is very good at using machine learning and the latest AI features to analyze the data and its structure. At the same time, it can also automate many processes, i.e., assigning tasks automatically to Users, sending out notifications etc. AI is a hot commodity today, and its importance will only increase with time. And found it very useful and intuitive for our business. We are into software production and have multiple levels of tasks in a day. Each process has a TAT. Hence The workflow function enabled us to create tasks and timelines, and we get exact updates as to where the particular job is. It has increased better visibility and improved our productivity. **What do you dislike about WorkMap.ai?** None. Best of all, this can be set in a free copy of the tool. Usually, you get this way of automation only in very sophisticated enterprise workflow management software. **What do you dislike about WorkMap.ai?** So far, I like everything about the tool. I imagine, though, that for the bigger business size may be a limitation. You can import csv or access files below 100 MB. And also, for the bigger business, when the workflow is crossing department boundaries, a workflow administrator will be needed. **What problems is WorkMap.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** No-coding automation of business workflow that can cross organizational boundaries.
