What problems is Workload solving and how is that benefiting you?

I manage a Recruiting team, and we were looking to automate some steps in our on-site interview process. These were particularly manual steps that I believed could be automated with the right technology, and Workload was able to create a solution that we used to save time in preparing for every on-site interview (average of ~15/week).
