I like WorkJam the most as a communication & channel/messaging platform - it's a great way for us to communicate with stores, create test group channels, also set-up daily/weekly tasks and surveys for the stores. I think compared to other platforms and systems that we work with, the WorkJam onboarding and platform was and has been a lot more manual work for us with less help from the WorkJam team when there are issues. I also think the overall integration/interface was tough for the team to learn and get used to, but we've been able to manage the change management. I think the capabilities are nice, but there is a lot of manual work on our end to manage this that I wish was more automated. Lastly, i do think we thought that WorkJam would be a "one stop shop" for all things field, but instead, the main place that this has helped us is in communication/channels/messaging.
