What do you like best about Workiva?

I've had a great experience using Workiva, particularly for managing internal controls and preparing financial statements. What I appreciate most is how it brings everything together in one place, making collaboration much easier and reducing the risk of inconsistencies. The linked data functionality has been a huge time-saver during reporting cycles since updates flow automatically across documents.

From a controls perspective, it provides excellent visibility and organization, making documentation, testing, and monitoring much more efficient. As someone who spends a lot of time focused on accuracy and compliance, Workiva has helped simplify complex processes while giving me confidence in the quality of our reporting. What do you dislike about Workiva?

Honestly, there isn't much I dislike about Workiva. If anything, I wish some processes were a little more intuitive for users who are new to the platform. What problems is Workiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, the biggest benefit has been having a single, connected platform for both controls and financial statement reporting. The linked-data functionality significantly reduces manual work and gives me confidence that updates are flowing consistently throughout our reports. It has improved accuracy, streamlined our review process, and made collaboration with internal stakeholders and auditors much more efficient.

As an accounting leader, I also appreciate the visibility and organization Workiva provides around internal controls. It helps us stay organized, maintain a strong audit trail, and focus more on analysis and decision-making rather than chasing document changes.
