I find Workiva easy to use. The support from Workiva has been great; they typically respond to a ticket within a few hours. I also like the search functions within Workiva, which makes it easy to find a control. The initial setup for Workiva was good, and they have a dedicated implementation team that assists you with building your Workiva environment.
