I really appreciate how Workiro reliably captures all client emails and documents, making it much easier to keep everything in one place. The hot folder feature is a particular favorite of mine, as it streamlines saving tax returns and computations. The e-signature process is also a massive improvement over our previous system, since clients no longer need to remember logins—just click a link and sign. The Outlook add-in is a big time saver, automatically tracking email threads and attachments, and the ability to save individual attachments separately is extremely useful. Integration with Iris, when working, saves about 10 minutes per client by automatically creating them in Workiro. Overall, it’s a tool I can rely on every day, and it genuinely saves me time. Initially, I found Workiro a bit too minimalist, which made it hard to find things at first. It took a month or two to really get comfortable with the interface, but that was mostly down to unfamiliarity. I also didn’t realize there was a mobile app until it was mentioned, so maybe more communication about available features would help. Otherwise, I can't think of any fundamental issues.
