I really like that Workiro puts all our client documentation, task management, and e-signatures in one place. It saves us time by removing the need to switch between separate tools, and it's much easier to keep track of what needs to be done and what stage each client is at. The ability to communicate directly with clients in the thread, see when documents have been read, and have everything related to a task in one place has been really helpful for our workflow. The Outlook add-in is also a big time saver for filing emails and attachments directly into Workiro. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only drawback we've found is with the legacy documents imported from Smart Vault. They all have the 'imported' or 'archived' tag, which can make it a little harder to differentiate and search for older documents. Also, switching from folders to tags took some getting used to, and there was a bit of a learning curve at the start. Occasionally, the app can freeze, but overall it's manageable.
