What do you like best about Workiro?

I really appreciate Workiro's cost effectiveness—it’s about a third of the cost compared to Adobe Sign or DocuSign for our needs. It’s reliable, with hardly any downtime, and handles our high volume of daily contracts (about 20 per day) smoothly. The implementation was quick, the adoption was easy even for less tech-savvy team members, and the integration with NetSuite keeps our workflow organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workiro?

One ongoing frustration is the user management—if you remove a user, you can’t re-add them with the same email, which forces us to create email aliases unnecessarily. Also, only users with seats can view signed documents directly, which is a limitation compared to our previous solution. There was also some initial confusion for customers around reminders, but that worked itself out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
