I really appreciate Workiro's cost effectiveness—it’s about a third of the cost compared to Adobe Sign or DocuSign for our needs. It’s reliable, with hardly any downtime, and handles our high volume of daily contracts (about 20 per day) smoothly. One ongoing frustration is the user management—if you remove a user, you can’t re-add them with the same email, which forces us to create email aliases unnecessarily. Also, only users with seats can view signed documents directly, which is a limitation compared to our previous solution.
