The rewards aspect makes recognition more exciting because it gives recognition tangible value and lets employees choose something meaningful to them with reward points. I enjoy that the platform’s simplicity allows any colleague or manager to provide appreciation easily, which encourages celebrating teamwork and contribution. The fact that you can transfer points into gifts and other orders is amazing. Overall, the positive feeling it creates around recognition is what I like the most.
