What do you like best about Workhuman Social Recognition?

What I like most is that Workhuman makes recognition quick, visible, and easy through a clean interface, useful integrations, and smart prompts that help people recognize the right moments. It is reliable, easy to get started with, and well supported, while giving organizations a practical way to strengthen engagement and culture and see real value from their recognition efforts. What do you dislike about Workhuman Social Recognition?

Pricing, seems to be an issue that not every org (SMB to Large Enterprise) can afford it. For Giants, ROI can be measured with people success and their upliftment, but for smaller orgs, pricing matters the most Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Workhuman Social Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?

Workhuman helps solve the problem of employee contributions going unnoticed, especially when teams are busy or spread across different locations. It gives people a simple, consistent way to recognize coworkers in the moment instead of relying only on formal awards or manager feedback. For me, that makes appreciation more visible, helps strengthen relationships across the team, and creates a more positive work environment where people feel valued and motivated.
