I love the extensive configuration Workfront offers, especially with custom fields and views that can match any processes we have, which change month to month depending on the project. I also really appreciate the ability to have customized real-time reports and analytics for upper management. It's more of a centralized management, allowing me to understand where the analytics are. If a project is slower in some areas, I'm able to zero in on specific projects to figure out inefficiencies and better allocate our resources to ensure jobs get done.
