Set up is super easy, add your people and then add training records. I really like the roles feature so you can assign your people to a role and the matrix will be populated and immediately show any training gaps. Storage of the training record within the system with easy access. Customer service is amazing, very friendly team who are always ready to help and support you on your journey.
