The best thing about wokfolio is the problem it solves. We are using it in our organisation to track operational hours of our resources and its convenient to use with only 2-3 buttons like time in, break, resume and clock-out. The worst thing about workfolio is that it comes with a huge load. The systems actually become laggy if your systems are old. Our resources have faced problems like it slows the systems. Another dislike about it, is that it does not track things like meetings and online conferences where the resource is working but just because they are not making any activity on the mouse or keyboard, it counts them as inactive. We face that a lot, we are in a meeting where there's not much of an involvement of mouse and keyboard, it will count as unproductive hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
